The Best Parties for ages 4 to 12

Stage Parties, part of Stage Academy London's leading independent part-time performing arts school for children, are the experts in children's party entertainment. Whether you choose a 2 hour or 1 hour party, your DBS checked leader will arrive with everything they need, at least half an hour early and facilitate the best, day, ever!

Customised to your child

You can pick one of our age appropriate themes and supply a list of your child's favourite songs for the dance floor. Your leader will call you before the big day to make sure everything is perfect.

The Complete Package

Check out our optional extras designed to make your child's big day even more special. Unique to Stage Parties, we can even help you to find and book the perfect venue for your child's big day in selected London locations.

Step One

It's easy to request a Stage Parties booking online, just complete the booking form. We will ask for some contact details, as well as the date and time you'd like your party to take place.

Step Two

We like to speak to all of our party parents before confirming your booking to make sure everything is perfect for your child's big day! Within one working day of completing your booking form, your party planner will be in touch to confirm all the details, customised to your child's wishes, and provide an accurate quote.

Step Three

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your party is due upon booking to secure your party. The final balance is then due 30 days before the big day. Don't worry, we will be sure to send you a reminder when payment is due. At Stage Parties we accept payment by all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.

Step Four

One week before your party, your DBS checked party leader will be in touch to introduce themselves and re-confirm all of the details of your booking. They will also ask for a list of the birthday child's favourite songs, games, likes and dislikes to make their big day extra special!

Step Five

Your party leader will arrive at least 30 minutes before the agreed entertainment start time to set up in your venue. If you have booked extras like helium balloons or decorations, they will arrive even earlier to ensure no delays. 

Step Six

Now you can relax knowing your child's birthday is in the very best hands. Your party leader will deliver an unforgettable time for everyone in attendance! So what are you waiting for...
